Well, event marshalls for the London-Surrey Classic Race were arriving in Walton at 4.00am today some travelling from as far as Derby to ensure the crowds did not cause any safety issues on the day.

As this was the ‘test’ event for next years Olympics all seemed to go well as far as we could see in the Walton area, hopefully so did the rest of the course and roads in Walton were all re-opened by 13:30hrs.
