Walton Heritage…….a successful day!

Heritage Day 2011 Another successful Heritage Day was held at Walton Wharf on Saturday.  A couple of showers did not dampen the enthusiasm of those involved, and, as in previous years, there was a steady stream of visitors through the afternoon. Walton Heritage Day draws closer……..

Heritage Day on September 10th is but just a few weeks away and as usual we have lots of attractions for all the family. Memories of Walton

Memories of Walton   We now have for sale the DVD produced in 2010 for Heritage Day. The Heritage Fun Day celebrations on the Wharf at Walton were a great success again this year, despite a very depressing weather forecast which led to a lower attendance. In fact, apart from a damp start when setting up in the morning the weather improved steadily through the day leaving the event bathed in brilliant sunshine!
